For those who do care, this is an independent view from Venezuela of the attempts by the U S government to act against the interests of the Venezuelan people, in the interests of cheap oil for the US. If anything, my political leanings are to the right of centre rather than the left, but this video is an eyeopener. See if you can stay the course and watch it, IT IS WELL WORTH THE EFFORT.The revolution will NOT be televised.P.S. I wonder how many are interested enough in democracy to bother. Castro who's reputedly worth millions is about to pass control to his brother Raul. Power to the people, just make sure the people are immediate family members. Whatever you think of Bush or his policies, he is the head of a democratic system, is subject to re-election and can only stand for a specific number of terms. I also have yet to see evidence of people so desperate to get away from him that they'd risk navigating shark infested waters on an inflated truck inner tube. Most especially the current one.The Bush cabal is destroying the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. They are on a mission to control the world and do not care who gets hurt in the process. The sad thing is many people either don't care or are so busy trying to survive (on low wages etc. etc.) they are too overwhelmed to do anything about it or feel there is nothing they can do.(had to think twice before posting as I am (and you as well) probably being monitored by the government and may soon have the men in black knocking on my door. Remember Bush's first so called democratic victory, when in Florida, aided and abetted by family members, the courts and the system in general swindled thousands of potential Democrat voters out of their vote.
