Trying to work out flight times

We are off to Singapore on 4th October. Herself is asking "how long will the plane be in the air?" It's so her arms don't get too tired holding the plane up. We are on Flight KL0837 Amsterdam - Singapore. Now departure time is 21:20 on Wed 4th from Amsterdam and arrive at 15:30 on Thur 5th. We are flying East and Singapore is 7 hours ahead of us. Could someone work it out for me? I have purchased some natty flight socks. As herself is just getting over an MS flare up and the hospital is trying to get her limbs and muscles working again we are a bit concerned over the length of time she will be immobile!

We always do pops. Always have excellent help. The only issue we've ever had was at one airport, can't remember which one now, where everything went smoothly. Got herself down the steps and piled her and the chair into the bus. This drove near to the building and we had to get off to walk the rest. I started to unfold the chair and fit the foot rests when this jobsworth woman shouted at me in stilted English that I had to assemble the chair inside the building. I replied in Anglosaxon the the effect that how was my wife going to walk over to and inside the building? Other than that occasion, oh and last year when we were flying down to friends in Salisbury the Ambulift at Newcastle took a sharp right hand turn at speed and through my wife off the electric buggy we were taking with us that time. She cracked her head against the wall and floor of the Ambulift with the buggy on top of her - concussion and overnight stay in Newcastle General. Bit garbled but even so we've always had excellent service.(The accident report we eventually received was the best whitewash I've ever come across.)
