Bidding is due to end in just over three hours and I am now panicking. What do I do when the time is up, how do I contact the highest bidder? I have gone round in circles on the website trying to find out what happens, and am having difficulty. The item is advertised as 'to be collected and paid for in cash or cheque with guarantee card. But I think it's all automatic, you shouldn't have to do anything. I think you will just get a notice where to send the item. But no idea how you get your money - in your PayPal account, perhaps...? This Email will identify the successful bidder and tell you how to contact them via Ebay Email.Don't worry - the Email commucications are very clear.Be very careful about accepting a cheque - even with a bank card - it takes at least 7 days for the money to become "yours" even though it might show as received on your bank statement.
