I've just sat here for five minutes waiting for a post to appear not knowing if there's something wrong with my effin software, the board, or the mentality of the unseen censor. This is the lamest idea I've seen and whoever thought it up ought to consider whether one applies it to known offenders or the population as a whole. The acceptability of sexual content is always a subjective matter and entirely within the jurisdiction of the site moderators. The way that most sites deal with it is simply for the mods. to delete anything they consider offensive , sign the deletion and take it up with the poster if necessary. My concern is with the blanket filter, with which I disagree, in operation in the Mad House . One of the reasons given by Nelie was (paraphrase) a deposit for Chubby Brown gags, I agree totally but why now? is it the amount of threads that have degenerated? how many was to many? should this rule not of been enforced from the beginning?I don't think I have posted in the MH but the thought of a "read through" by someone else first analysing my every word and making a decision on whether it ought to be allowed to see the light of day does not sit lightly with me at all. If its offensive or breaks any rules then delete the post.
