Coreper Posted January 3, 2008 Report Share Posted January 3, 2008 im searching for a program to create Photo Slideshows for DVD'si know Nero has got a program which allows this, but all the experiences i had with the latest Nero are bad, so i wont use thatis there another program which does the same?im searching for a program which works easy [and fast]thanks in advancebtw: would it also be possible to burn those slideshows on CDs, instead of DVDs? They call it a gift CD.You can get lots and lots of slides on one CD - far more than you could possibly want to bore people to death. Putting a slideshow on DVD is something akin to overkill. AlanHo Posted January 3, 2008 Report Share Posted January 3, 2008 I used to use ULead DVD Picture Show which is quite good but I now use Microsoft Windows Movie Maker - which is excellent and is included with my version of Vista.It makes a very smooth photo slide show - or Video show or a mixture of both onto DVD's. Irene Posted January 3, 2008 Report Share Posted January 3, 2008 I think Windows Movie Maker is great.It's loaded through: Start, Run, type in "moviemk" (without the "" marks). Coreper Posted January 4, 2008 Author Report Share Posted January 4, 2008 i am using Nero Photoshow Deluxe 4.5 nowbut ive got a "problem":making photoshows and stuff work great, but when i try to use my own music, the program crashes..does anyone know a solution for this?EDIT:it seems like its hanging, but after a few minutes you can use it again for like 3 seconds, then it hangs again, you can use it for a few seconds, etc. etc. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have just this minute opened an e mail with the most incredible slide show that I have ever seen. I just wish that I could show it on here, but wouldn't have the foggiest idea as to how to go about it. If anyone wants to see it, feel free to send me your e mail address and I will forward it.
