mark2
Wifey has a floppy from work that windows claims is unformatted, however on the floppy is/should be an excel file that is required to complete this terms work/accounts.Please no comments re backup, I have read the riot act in this regard and she has been suitably chastised :D Why they are still using a single floppy I have yet to find out probably education budget cuts. I have found one freeware floppy recovery program Flop show, however can any one suggest any freeware alternatives in case this one is unsuccesful. recuva is unable to access the disc :( I've yet to try in linux, that's possibly a last resort along with ubcd4win. ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Wifey has a floppy from work ...Floppy disks sometimes go bad, and there is not much anyone can do about it. Can't she just make another floppy or two with that Excel file on it?
