artist Posted July 3, 2008 Report Share Posted July 3, 2008 Hubby went to daughter no2 last Sunday evening and won't be back until tomorrow evening. He's fitting her new kitchen.I've been visiting, shopping, staying on the computer as long as I like and generally lazing about. I have only had to hoover once - I don't make the mess - and then it was just a few rose petals blown through the door on the breeze.I can read in bed - usually have to switch the light out as we have the curtains open and being in a bungalow, I wouldn't want to inflame the chaps in the road by seeing me in bed in the nuddy.There's no snores so I can sleep peacefully.It's been great! :) But................It's SO lonely. 5 mins on the phone each day doesn't make a conversation. :( Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Been round with her to field at 6am (he's still snoring) and then we'll be out later for the morning walk and then again this afternoon.I've hardly time to use the comp or read or talk on the 'phone :( We got caught in a crashing rain-storm yesterday.....woe is me!
