It's all part of Zunulabour's New Order.

This is not the only worry. Tetra is far from benign.

It is just one more thing to be thrown out with the thieving *********s when the day comes round, as it will before long.

The politicising of the police must be halted and their efforts at revenue generation must be stopped.

They are probably trying to raise the revenue to cover the amount of the MP's fiddle. :D

Camera tickets have been a reality here in the States for several years. Both my son and I received tickets in the mail from these devices..........cost/ticket......$100.

Lessons learned:

1. In Ohio they must post a sign before the camera that the area is being camera monitored for speed or stop light. Look for the sign.

2. There are calibration markings in the area where speed is being determined..........a series of short lines perpendicular to the pavement. Look for these markings.

3. It is legal in Ohio to purchase a distortion plastic cover to go over the license number on the car..........looking at it at normal level shows all the digits.......looking at it from an elevated view (as the cameras are mounted) shows distorted and unreadable plate numbers............buy one for your cars!

You are telling us old news DW. It's been like that here for years now. These new cameras are a new Network Breed. They can cover your journey from Edinburgh to London and back, or anywhere to anywhere, tell you ever where you have stopped to fill up, where you have stopped for a 'P'. They will even know who is driving the vehicle.

The Police and Authorities of course will tell the motorist that if she or he has nothing to hide then they will have nothing to fear. To hell with our privacy and freedom of movement.

Resort to my option #3.............let them keep guessing.

They are illegal over here. Rolls Royce and Bentley were the first people to try them out. The police told them to stop fitting them or they would be took to Court and heavily fine if they didn't.

These number plates have been outlawed in Britain for the last four years. :(

I detest the surveillance society that we have become

I quite agree Curly. We are slowly having our privacy, rights and freedom chipped away from us by this dictatorial Government. Thousands of lives could have been saved between 1940 and 1945 if we had just sent planes and boats across the channel and invited Herr Hitler and the boys over. We have ended up with the same type of Government. :(
