As it is only 3 weeks tomorrow for the run I thought I would do a refresher, just in case there are anymore members who would like to chip in. doug Posted September 7, 2003 Author Report Share Posted September 7, 2003 Hi Nel. It's going quite well, I think. Doing the 6 milers every other day at present. As you will see from my sig. have done another personal best at 8.41 mins/mile. Bit slower this afternoon though am feeling a bit tired tonight. Rest day tomorrow. Taking wife back to Hunters Moore for the Steroid drip as she's have a very poorly spell. However they've strapped her knee so the kneecap is tracking properly and not giving her the pain she had. One step forward and one back. Very Very pleased with the way the sponsorship is going.
