That's the reason why I wore 3.1/2" stilletto shoes when I was younger...

They can't possibly do the wearer any good at all, but I do like to see a nice pair of legs when high heels are worn. :D

I find it absolutely staggering (no "pun" intended) that the human foot, after developing, over hundreds of thousands of year, into the complex assemblage that it is, can "adjust" to wear these things without suffering irreparable damage.

All the bones in the ankle joint, particularly the Talus and the Navicular, are taking loads and stresses in a totally inappropriate way as are the Metatarsal Phalangeal joints.

I didn't realise that you wore high heels............................. :rolleyes: :lol: No wonder you groan such a lot.

The tense is wore not wear.

I don't think I could balance even in a sitting down position now! :lol:

... and I don't groan a lot - andsome does. Maybe he wears stillettoes. :rolleyes:
