Irene
"Youth is the gift of nature, but age is a work of art."~Stanislaw LecYouth is something common to all, a stage in life. Aging gracefully is comparable to making a piece of art out of your life.

rong
That may be so, but, you must admit, they only just touch the floor. That probably depends on how much of the falling down liquid has been consumed

catgate
I find it absolutely staggering (no "pun" intended) that the human foot, after developing, over hundreds of thousands of year, into the complex assemblage that it is, can "adjust" to wear these things without suffering irreparable damage. All the bones in the ankle joint, particularly the Talus and the Navicular, are taking loads and stresses in a totally inappropriate way as are the Metatarsal Phalangeal joints.
