This letter appeared just after there had been a spate of Wheelie Bin thefts around the Sunderland states.She wrote in her letter that wherever she went in Hungary their Wheelie Bins had Peterborough City Council printed on them, there must have been hundreds if not thousands of them. It was bought from a legitimate source.I enquired of the manufacturer and was told that it must be one that just "slipped" into a retail box.
