Second time in six weeks for us up here. They apologised for the last outage which lasted four day's and said that all the customers affected would get one Month's free internet and it would be shown as a Credit on there next Bill. The bill arrived on July 27th and guess what, No Credit, so that is an issue which I have taken up with them along with a Bill issue I have been trying to get sorted out since October 2013. I somehow think it's Bye Bye BT and Hello Plusnet or someone for me. I am looking into options. Thank you all for your inputs. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This is the third time I've tried to reply to your post. I have read through the Plusnet site and agree with you that they just take over the existing BT line, so any problems that BT have Plusnet are obviously going to have as well. Waste of time changing really. The first time I tried to reply It took about fourteen minutes to try and post then just timed out and I got an SQL Error. Hopefully this time it will post.
