ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb Posted October 2, 2014 Report Share Posted October 2, 2014 I was / am not a big fan of the original Star Trek series; the episodes were often silly, and I hated Shat as Captain Kirk. (And from what I have read, everybody on the set hated him too - that's why they called him "Shat".) The Next Generation was my favorite - also the longest series. Belatucadrus Posted October 3, 2014 Author Report Share Posted October 3, 2014 Voyager would have been greatly improved if Neelix had been put in a pod with Jar Jar Binks and fired into the nearest black hole to be squished painfully beyond the event horizon to attain singularity. It also wasn't helped by the Kazons feather headed Klingon Lites. Fans of 7 of 9 should check out Body of Proof, no skin tight cat-suits but resistance remains futile. I did like Kirk even though Shatner seems to have been as popular as a plague of boils with the rest of the cast. Nimoy Doohan and Takei all seem to have fallen out with him big time at some point or other. Fortunately the others haven't written memoirs so we may be spared more invective.
