Belatucadrus Posted January 28, 2018 Author Report Share Posted January 28, 2018 Quite the reverse, it means that no matter how much an invalid may crave Foie gras and or chateaubriand they have to accept as invalids they can only have gruel, mush or toast sandwiches. Normal people can eat what they want. Apparently the really sick and enervated for whom the toast sandwich is too exotic and flavoursome may be permitted to chew small cubes of Blutworst.
