Don't know, most of the "Worst LP" covers can be easily confirmed as real by genuine artists, this one is more difficult to pin down. There was an American record company named Halo but they seem to be long gone and it's near impossible to dig out anything on the eponymous mullet clad Cody, so there are some who suggest he may not exist at all.
