expertec
Thanks madboy33, you've been very helpful, I've changed the prices list to the way you did it, I think it looks better. :) Someone else has suggested that the background is very dull and may be rather offputting, what do you think? madboy33
Pricing Much betterThe backgroundIpersonally don't like the background either, but it's a personal taste!Try different colours, although once again if you change the colour from white you will have a slight slow down on page loading
djohn
:) All pages are now spot on Tony. Really pleased. As before I've reduced the screen image size to save space but on my monitor they are razor sharp. :)
Il Capo
Thats much better, on your prices page. have you tried combining you gallery page with prices, or link prices to images?

She just likes to look round craft places. She would be most unlikely to actually buy anything. If it had been a shop she would have been there in double quick time. Many thanks for the offer. expertec
I hadn't done anything to it for a few days, but now I have changed the background, any comments? Also what do you think of the slideshow layout for the gallery? (not finished yet, it hasn't got much pictures or any descriptions)
andsome
Unforunately I can no longer view this page. I had bother installing a program, and the vendor told me to uninstall Java and quick Time, then reinstall the latest versions. I now of course have Sun Java only on my computer, and Microsft Virtual Machine has gone. I have posted the window that I get when I try to view the site. I have clicked on the option to get Microsoft virtual machine, but it is offering me the Sun product that I already have. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to get Microsift Virtual machine back please.

andsome
It's OK thanks, it's sorted. That'a good, what did you do? What do you think of the design? Am I doing something wrong, where have all the photo's gone? You asked what I had done. I had problems, I installed Encyclopedia Britannica, and it would not run. After trying everything suggested by the publishers, they suggested that I uninstalled Quickplayer and Java, and allowed the installation of these from the Britannica CD. This worked fine, but when I accessed your site, I got a message telling me that I needed Java Runtime, so I assumed that the Java removal tool sent to me by the publisher had removed the original Microsoft product which I had left on my computer when I downloaded the Sun product. I have since downloaded the latest Java again and can access your site OK now, however Britannica will no longer run. The publisher is looking for more solutions. expertec
expertecyour Gallery page takes ages to load what have you done?I don't know why it takes ages to load, it's very quick for me :( I made a photo gallery using the slideshow layout with a row of thumbnails across the top, it starts with a very small b&w graphics file to make it load faster

Andy-2004
I have the same problem...my guess is that whatever site software was used is designed to put those buttons in so you can scroll across but since there is only 4 pics there is no need to scroll across..threrfore they are useless until more pictures are added!Well thats my guess anyway B)
