Something struck me in the news on C4 tonight .......Mad dog has as much to worry about the fundamentalists , as Bush ....possibly even more so ....They want Gaddafi's out ..........

I wonder what are the real base of his motives ...?

I 'll bet its wholly self centred .

Shell today marked its return to Libya after an absence of more than a decade by signing a $200m (£110.6m) gas exploration deal with the former pariah  state.

Far as I am concerned, they can "Invade" the whole Middle East that WAY!!!

Lot cheaper, and no LIVES lost!!!!

It is a bit different with Gaddaffi, Tracy Lynn, Terrorists from Libya bombed a Plane, England retaliated by sending a Flight of F111's to Libya, flew nonstop from England, bombed the Heck out of Gaddaffi's Palace, then flew non stop back to England!! A madman got the Message!!!!

I completely agree with you Andsome, I just pointed something out, that I strongly suspect our friends from America were not aware of.

It happened a long time ago, and probably received no Publication in the USA.

I have a strong feeling that our Friends came to learn as much about us as they can, and, I for one, Applaud them for that!! So let us all try to remember to explain things to them, particularly, if they ask???

The WAY TO PEACE is just what is happening in Libya, through Diplomatic Means, I really hope that it works, and encourages other Countries to follow suit, as they have in the Past!!

Just remember that that Area is the Cradle of this Cilivization, and has seen more Wars than ANYWHERE ELSE!!

What is Happening in Libya enables the People of Libya to continue to lead their normal Lives, just like us, THAT IS IMPORTANT!!!

Sorry, diddn't mean to get on the Soap Box, totally out of character, must be caused by all these Cats, false Cats that are really Dogs, and bloody Blondes!!

RAFLMAO!!

Nice photo Intratech!! I thought perhaps a blindfold would be in order too but then thought better of it because its apparent he is blind to the truth already. And I agree I was NOT amused by him joking about the WMD. It is the reason he dragged everyone into this and it is like he is laughing about pulling off such a ridiculous lie. The joke is on us alright. I can only hope I do not have to call this moron the leader of our country four more years.

Take a look at one of your alternatives, TracyLynn.

http://www.wsws.org/articles/2004/mar2004/yass-m24.shtml

Kerry, like Bush, continues to insist that Israel represents a model of democracy, even as it denies the democratic rights of millions of Palestinians under a political setup based upon religious exclusion and social discrimination every bit as severe as what existed under South African apartheid. US tax dollars are propping up a country—armed with nuclear weapons—that defies international law, proclaims murder as state policy and is proceeding down a path whose logical conclusion is the expulsion or extermination of the entire Palestinian population.

The Socialist Equality Party demands an immediate cutoff of all US funding for the Israeli regime. Unlike the Democrats and Republicans, our party will use the 2004 election to openly oppose the US political establishment’s half-century-old policy of economic and military support for Israel. The US backing for the oppression of the Palestinian people is morally indefensible and inimical to the interests of American working people and the working masses of the entire Middle East, including Israel itself.

We warn that a continuation of the present US policy threatens to produce a military conflagration in the Middle East and new terrorist atrocities against working people in the US itself, as well as internationally.

Moon as I have stated elsewhere that you may have read before, it is to the point I am forced to vote for the candidate I find least sickening. So far NOBODY has EVER made me nauseated as George Bush. All politicians lie and say whatever they think the public wants to hear during election time so they are all about the same in my opinion but there is absolutely NO WAY I will vote for George Bush even if the alternative is not exactly appealing either.

At least the other candidate has been to war before personally and not sitting around on his lazy bum reading flight manuals on the weekends in the national guard during the vietnam war like GWB. He was present and accounted for during the war and won alot of medals for his service to his country. George Bush has large gaps in his records and cannot be accounted for and busily covers up this info like a cat in the litter box.

The other candidate is berated for being present at war protests and so forth. I would think one who has saw the horrors of battle first hand might possibly have a clue and care about what he is sending soldiers into. I would hope he really does believe violence is the absolute last resort. I don't think he would invade a country just to settle an old score for his dad like GWB has done in Iraq. I could be wrong and I might be here raising cain a year from now about stuff I don't like that he has done in the event he does get elected. But I think my country needs a fresh start and a new leader PRONTO! There are alot of things to sort out and the job of President has to be incredibly difficult. But the moment Bush attacked Iraq I was through believing anything he had to say. I felt unbelievably ashamed to watch people on the tv all over the world protesting these actions. To see people yelling they hated us was very depressing.

Everytime that goofy Bush brags he is a "war president" it is all I can do to refrain from retching.
