Meantime this is not a recipe as such, just a cooking tip. Try cooking cod or haddock fillets, either smoked or unsmoked in Campbell's condensed cream of celery soup, or alternatively cream of asparagus soup. About 40 minutes or so at 180 degrees Celsius, in a preheated oven. Do not dilute the soup, use it in it's condensed form. One tin for every two fillets. This is delicious as a nice plain light meal served with some nice small new potatoes and peas, you can of course add some sweet corn to the peas.
