AlanHo
Wrap the fish in two layers of kitchen foil together with your favourite herbs and spices. Make sure each layer of foil is well sealed - we don't want to lose any of the lovely juices.Pop the parcel onto the top rack of your dishwasher - don't use any washing up tablets of course - switch on and cook for one wash cycle.Does it "perfick" every time. Tankus
seen that on top gear ...except they did it on the engine block of a car , and cooked it over several laps of the test track
Boris
I've had burgers/ sausages/ chicken/ steak cooked that way (foil wrapped on exhaust manifold). Only two small problems :- 1) You need to wire it on so it doesn't fall off while moving (use wire cutters to cut the wire when done - don't try and unwind it - unless you like visiting Casualty departments)+ 2) the wonderful smell drives you crazy as you drive :D
