Get formal permission before going too far

The Government have issued advice that people, especially men, should get formal and active permission before sex takes place to avoid being charged with abuse.

I would suggest that the Government need to go further to protect us beleaguered males

What is required is a Government sponsored contractually binding consent form with tick boxes clearly defining the type, sequence, orientation, position, list of participants and duration of each element of the sexual activity to be indulged in plus details of the planned commencement date and time, location, precautions to be taken and any specific requirements to be complied with. Such form to be raised and signed before the event by each intended participant who shall each be provided with an exact copy.

A second form shall be completed after the sexual activity has taken place to confirm that each participant has fulfilled their contract and that the other party (or parties as the case may be) is/are satisfied with the outcome.

This regulation should only apply if the sexual activity involves more than one person.

Exactly the thoughts going through my mind when I saw the silly business on TV. The things that are missing from your scheme though are:-

at least third party insurance,

some form of proficiency certificate issued after training and a rigorous test,

a licence.

police authorised witnesses

and a damp sponge containing biometric information.

Presumably there would be the usual waiver for Ministers of the Crown and gay clergy (not necessarily in partnership) and 'indulgencies' purchasable from HMSO and No. 10.

I have a suspicion that you are not taking this thread seriously. Why involve the stationary office when there should be significant movement involved - or at least the odd twitch.

Have these forms, after being signed by both consenting parties, to be posted off to the Local Government Office and stamped with their approval then returned to the consenting parties before the act can take place.

All this is going to greatly increase the cost of a night out. You will need to take out your solicitor as well, together with a portable typewriter to type the necessary agreement forms, together with a witness to countersign them. All very expensive. :D

Daily Mail 9th March 2006

I don't like the Daily Mail, but that is brilliant.

It seems to me that she is getting her Daily Male.

But not worth the hassle with all those forms to fill in.................I'm off men today!!

Artist - you could fill in just one form, tick all the boxes, photocopy it and keep a dozen copies in your hand bag so they are to hand at a moments notice.

You would then only need to quickly sign one and ..................................etc

You have made me feel truly guilty - putting you off like that. I trust that you will soon miss that man in your life and put pen to paper.

Is this in any way connected to having plenty of lead in your pencil but no one to write to?
