The following web site should interest those who are left handed....Left click here

One of my friends who is left handed has found it immensley useful for such things as left handed scissors, a left handed computer keyboard (key pad on LHS), left handed tape measure and even a left handed camera with the release button on the left.

However, he has had no luck finding a left handed cup, saucer and spoon, a left handed biro, a left handed garden spade or a left handed shaving mirror.

Hi

I am left handed, and to be honest i don't have much of a problem using things, i suppose it is all a matter of having to get used to it over the years.

The biggest problem i have is with electric power tools. that silly little button on the side of them to keep the trigger held in, can be a right pain.

But it is an interesting website.

I am left handed. It's something I never think about. I don't have any problems using tools and implements - even electric power tools. It can be an advantage like being able to use my mouse with my right hand and my Wacom tablet stylus with my left.

I find it quite odd that many (usually righthanded) people point out that I'm left handed and I wonder why they notice or even care. I don't know, neither am I interested, which hand anyone [holds the paper to] wipe their bum with or carries out any action - but I have been asked this question. (I had to think about this when asked because it's another aspect of left-handedness that I had never thought of and had no idea without some consideration what the answer was. In case anyone is interested now, don't ask because I'm not going to tell you. :) )

Edited (in the square brackets[] to qualify or correct the point raised by Alan in his response below) :D

Ditto on what Tony and pops said. :)

Another lefty here :) Biggest problem I have is when I have to write in a note book that has one of those coiled spines. Another is that my hand trails across the fresh writing and smudges the ink as well as covering me in the stuff. Unlike many lefties, I hold a pen similarly to most righties and not with my hand the line I am writing on and curled down in an unatural fashion. Everyone should be made to write like those clever Jewish folk. Right to left :P
