I suspect the fellow in the wedding picture has had another head transposed on a younger mans body. Hence they only need the equivalent of £20 in the bank to be millionairesThe second pair are from Indonesia where the exchange rate is 17,000 Rupiah to £1 - requiring the equivalent of £60 in the bank to qualify.The guy in the second photo has his head bandaged because he set his hair on fire at his stag party - and his mate put it out with a shovel.
