Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says, "I'll try again tomorrow."

--Mary Anne Radmacher

She was a little trier, was Mary Anne. It got her into a lot of trouble, and she also caught one or two nasty diseases through it.

She doesn't look disease ridden to me. Here she is.

Well no, not now, because she has cost the nation a fortune in healthcare.

You can see that she still has a bad propensity to tumbling over, and that was induced by her fondness for falling down water.

They have carefully hidden her lower half in order to hide the NHS issue venomous trousers upon which she is now totally reliant since loosing her way with the Bishop in the fog.

The only little voice I hear at the end of the day is the one that says, 'Turn the light off when you've finished reading.'

Well, one has to be energy efficient these day's Pushkin. B)

If only snoring could be turned off as easily....that must save on energy

I take it you mean your hubby. Tell him to get those stick on thing's that keep the nostrils open. That might do the trick.

Snoring (mine or anyone elses) doesn't bother me. I find it quite comforting and pleasing to hear snoring and know my bed-mate is comfortable and sleeping well.

'Er indoors not only snores in the usual way. It is punctuated with whistles, snorts and groans, etc. She also manages to make her lips vibrate with the type of rude farting noise that kids appreciate. You would appreciate ear plugs if you could hear the racket. :(
