Irene
We still rock & roll, when the occasion presents itself. ;) I used to dance all evening , most nights, on 3.1/2"- 4" stillettos (mini skirt almost up to my bum) in the 60's. Loved every minute!! Never sat one out in those days! :D It's in your blood. Can't resist it when I hear the music. B)

catgate
I can never understand why some people insist on wearing sun glasses on stage, or even in the evening. It nothing to do with the wearer looking out. It's to prevent others looking in.

Tankus
and it was ...... take the day off tomorrow ... as the ride into work was the worst that Ive ever been in Heh ...from the evening standard ...one bus.. one que , bus pulled up already full Two trains pulled in this morning ,the doors opened and people fell out ,then tried to get back on again , I managed to get on the third , then the doors would'nt close and we were stuck on the station for 10 min ... doesn't sound like long , but when you can almost raise your legs ,and you don't go down ....! you can understand just how close my new bestest friends were .Somebody farted a bit further down the carriage between stations , somebody started sniggering , which set me off ,and a few others next to me ..... I was up wind , but we caught a whiff of it ...... If it had been an animal , a vet would have had no other option other than a mercy killing with a poll axe. There was no mercy for any of us ..... Surprisingly nobody lost it ..!My stops before Liverpool street ... I thought it might be a bit touch and go to be able to get off ..... The other platform away from the city was fairly full , bit strange I thought ...then I recognised a few of my usual fellow travellers .... they were going to the other end of the tracks (3 stops ) then coming back ,to ensure that they had a seat No wonder it was pulling up full ....!toss
