catgate
An elevator makes ghosts happy because it lifts the spirits. There is one at the supermarket. Is that classed as shop lifting?

AlanHo
Sorry, but I have to agree with andsome 'My Little Pumpkin".I think you should use another pet word.I went to a garden show and you should have seen the size of the pumpkins - even the little ones were huge.Go back to "little flower" or Orange blossom" or whatever - I feel that likening your girl to a Pumpkin is a bit out of order...... catgate
Re. the matter of pumpkins. We went out for a little tour of the Wolds on Thursday, and as we passed through a village about six miles from here I saw a wonderful sight. The village is one of those where if you are not at least a Major or Brigadier or a chap called Fred Goodwin you can not even get into th village pub. let alone live in the village.Well I saw these globe like orangey-red ornamental things sat on some new specially erected 4ft. columns. Then, as we drew nearer, I saw they had bits cut out of them. They were new, posh, earthenware, imitation, halloween pumpkin lanterns. Oh how the other half live.
