Welcome back Alan. I think we are now back to a full compliment of "Wind Up Merchants" :)

We have welcomed new member Chrispcgames who: "hopes to have fun on the forum while here." - No chance Chris. This is heavy cerebral and technical stuff going on here, - with no place for humour. :)

We also have the usual array of "Shape Shifters", "Frequent Name Changers",and "Obsessive Time Wasters" frantically thinking up obscure and imaginary problems with which to challenge us, along of course with the small percentage of genuine computer users looking for help. :D

There can be no segregation. All get insulted on a level playing field.

I see that your presence has brought andsome out of the woodwork. Last seen mumbling something about "If it aint broke, dont fix it."

Andsome. The reference to updating drivers was nothing at all to do with automobiles mate ! - Aah Bless him. :flowers:

In a nutshell Alan, - Nothing has changed whilst we've been away. :P

Hmmm........... While I think about it. Did anyone come up with a reasonable explanation as to why "Windows Forum" went off-air for quite a long time ?

John.

NO, and thats is one reason why one or two of us don't bother so much these days. We have not heard a word of explanation. Craig, to the best of my knowledge has only made a brief visit in several months.
