D4\/!d
Should we be concerned about this downgrading. If so what [freebie] AV should we be looking at now...
Belatucadrus
I wouldn't be too worried until the other reviewers downgrade it too. But if anybody is concerned I'd either try adding Kingsoft cloud as a second tier of defence or swap MSE for avast!
AlanHo
The last paragraph of the article states :-Another security software testing organisation, Virus Bulletin, says Security Essentials’ performance is sufficient to justify its VB100 rating, which can only be attained by software that “prove it can detect 100% of malware samples listed as 'In the Wild' by the WildList Organization” without generating any false positives.I shall continue to use MSE in parallel with my safe surfing practices. http://www.virusbtn.com/vb100/archive/summary

Never heard of it my self, but shall keep it in mind. Avast is not for me yuk.In the meantime I shall do an AlHo and: I shall continue to use MSE in parallel with my safe surfing practices"
