Moz Back Up Query

Recommended Posts

I use this to back up my e mails in Thunderbird.

After "Backing Up" I have never tried to asses the file, if that's the correct terminology.

But today I tried & found that I could not enter the file.

I got a message "What do you want to do with this file"?

Open/Save/Save as. I clicked on "Open"

Then got a screen stating "View Downloads" & asking if I want to save it

Question, what am I doing wrong.

Thanks

Belatucadrus,

Thanks, never knew these instructions existed, & I think they solve my problem.

Have downloaded to my "Procedures" Folder

Alan,

Looking at the detail when the back up is started, it does back up e mails.

However would like if possible someone with the knowledge to confirm this. I think Boris advised me of the Moz Back up system, perhaps he would confirm

Regards
