That is why you attract people from "shithole" countries and not Norway, if you live in a shithole the US is a big step up, if you're from Norway it isn't QED. Also the wording "bring more people" BRING, like it's a shopping trip or was he planning some North Korea style raid ? General set loose the Marines get me some Norwegians bigly quick ! Most people would contemplate the sugar approach to attract a better demographic but big D with his brand of abrasive rhetoric seems likely to piss off the Norwegians as well.
