Belatucadrus
Any suggestions that the name is strangely similar to overpriced western emporium should be referred to Mr Banana.
catgate
DOLCE&BANANA read from upside down means nothing at all.
Gandalph
It's not even a palindrome, read backwards it say's ANANAB&ECLOD. Nothing twangy about it at all. Overpriced, un-palandromic, I'll think I'll give that a miss on my shopping list.

Gandalph
I always try and buy Fyfe's. They make you go from 0 to 60 mph in 3.4 minutes. Better than a Ford.
catgate
Before the outset of the 1939/45 war my Aunty Clara and Uncle Bill had a fish and chip shop, Funnily enough they still had it after the war. They were funny years.
AlanHo
I had an uncle Bill - but he suddenly vanished when my Dad came home from 6 years in India and Burma fighting the Japs and Malaria.

Was uncle Bill 'helping' your Mum while Dad was away?

catgate
Before the outset of the 1939/45 war my Aunty Clara and Uncle Bill had a fish and chip shop, The shortage of fish was the big problem (due mostly to there being a shortage in the fishing boat department). They concocted one or two "specials" of their own with a variety of filings, but eventually all the fish and chip shops in Bradford seemed to be have settled to one common filling and the domestic pets reduced in numbers quite conciderably They were funny years particularly for Bill, who was conscripted and spent a lot of time in Egypt. He had a dark complexion which sometimes made him look to be a native.

andsome
Priceless. He made some of the so called comedians today look absolute rubbish. We have tried to watch them at the Coluseum on TV,at least that’s what I think the name of the place is. They are awful.
Gandalph
I'll bet he nicked that joke off Charlie Williams.
