christmascracker Posted January 13, 2004 Report Share Posted January 13, 2004 I was singing the praises of BT Broadband to someone yesterday, how I've never had any trouble with them since I signed up in September, how the connection has always been fast and never gone down, etcSo what happens today? Yep, there's apparently an underground line fault somewhere and I've no connection at all, just the power light on and no line signal. :( After the usual tests they tell me it will be fixed by the 22nd :( :( So, I'm on dial-up at the mo, had forgotten how sloooooowwww it is!Just means I cant spend all day online and have to do normal things like talking to hubby (who is off work for 6 weeks after a knee operation).Thanks for listening, just wanted a moan :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

christmascracker Posted January 21, 2004 Author Report Share Posted January 21, 2004 Well, 8 days later and I'm finally back in the land of the living.Line was checked last week and there was a line fault which was repaired on saturday but still no connection.
