I brought it 3 years ago and would not go back to a film camera.It cost £350 when I brought it but today you can buy a 2.1 mgp camera for £130. I honestly think that anything with 2MP or more is going to satisfy. When I used SLR's I got bigger and bigger lenses, ending up with a 500mm and a two times converter. The amount of usage that I got from these toys was minimal. I am far happier now that I have settled down with my small digital, it is so easy to carry about.
