I sent my photo in at the last minute and it was only after sending I spotted the mistake, but too late to change. :(

They are all excellent and its good to see everyone taking part, hope we can continue with this friendly competition, it brings a lot to the forum.

Get a decent optical zoom. Digital zooms do not add any quality to the picture, they only take it away as they merely enlarge the centre of the picture, therefore making the pixels larger.

I hope that I am not preaching to the already converted, sorry if I am.

I have to say, I am a little dissapointed :angry:

We have here, 11 members who went to the trouble of taking photos to enter this competition, which Rebel is so kindly hosting and looking after, and all we can get is 27 people to vote :angry: Personally I think this is appaling.

I would just like to say well done to everybody who entered :D Some great shots.

May I suggest for the next round, that the subject is..

I agree Mr. M. It is a shame that so few people took the time to vote. Never mind though guys, you all did a terrific job and Rebel is a well deserved winner. I think that nels shot was great and very subtle, sorry to see that it didn't get a vote. :(

I would have given it my vote nel but like Mr. M, I thought many others would vote and the ones without votes would start to pick up. I voted for rebel by the way on the first day of voting.

I would like to make a suggestion for the next round. List all the names of those taking part but don't tie them to the photo's until all votes have been cast, this way it will be a blind vote and only Rebel and each individual will know which photo has been taken by which entrant. :)
