Introducing myself

Hi.

I am ChrisRLG, I am the owner of Malware Removal where Nellie2 and myself are running a University to teach people how to fix other people's computer problems with Hijackthis and other tools.

Some of our trainees are going to be posting to this forum (under our training program) so I thought I should add myself as a registered user to this board too.

yes open to every one.

It does need TIME.

I believe it takes 1-3 months before you can expect to post unchecked to live victims. Depends on the time you put into it, and being a little computer savy helps.

Cost.

Nellie2 and I Charge : Zero + ziltch + nothing = 0.00

If you can afford that, and have some time to train - come and give it a try.

We need all the fighters we can find, malware does not look like it is going to go away anytime soon.

WELCOME to NP. You mention two to three months. Can you give some idea as to roughly how much time per day in that period? I would love to gain this skill. but 'Er indoors does tend to think that I spend too much time on the computer as it is.

Time

Well it is subject to lots of varibles.

Your current Knowledge - particularly of operating systems - (IE not just one) - is one.

I am a bad example of amount of time per day, I get in anything upto 5-6 hours a day. I would say to start with at least an average of 1-2 hours a day in study. When you are doing live logs you need to make sure you log in every day. (Holidays Excepted).

The more time you put in each day, the shorter the overall time to learn.

Thanks for the reply. I don't think I would be a good candidate. I only use IE, and an extra couple of hours a day doing what 'Er indoors calls playing, may not go down well. Good luck with other candidates. Several on this forum, and Nellie in particular do excellent work, and are greatly appreciated.
