Lawyers acting in the latest one, to be heard in court Los Angeles next month, claim that "the day of reckoning is near". Papers filed in the Los Angeles county superior court claim that he is a "ticking financial timebomb waiting to explode".

TracyLynn
I absolutely adored the Jackson 5 growing up. And somewhere along the way.. Michael Jackson just lost his freaking mind. How did such an adorable talented kid grow up to be such a freak as this? Does he want to look like a girl? Is he trying to be androgenous? What kind of nose is that? I will still remain from commenting until hes proven innocent or guilty but honestly this situation is just sickening.. especially when he just went thru the same thing practically ten years ago. After the first time of it being brought to attention that he is sharing his bed with little kids you would THINK he would have some damned common sense and avoid such situations in any form or fashion. It is almost like he is defiant about it. I mean who in their right mind would come out of an arraignment hearing and jump on the top of a vehicle and start dancing like he was at a party when he was just in court accused of molesting little kids? Honestly I do not understand any of it. :bangin: :tomato:
Tankus
Fox SANTA MARIA, Calif. — About 2,200 members of the media have received credentials to cover Michael Jackson's (search) trial -- more than the O.J. Simpson and Scott Peterson murder trials combined and enough to form a vast, humming tent city outside the modest courthouse. Reporters from every continent but Antarctica are covering a story that has attracted perhaps the largest-ever media contingent for a criminal trialMercuryPOLICE in Santa Maria, California, are preparing for a fan riot if Michael Jackson is found guilty in his child molestation trial.Riot police, mounted police and dog squads are all on standby for a violent reaction if Jackson is convicted. A rapid deployment plan has been prepared by Santa Barbara sheriffs following an increase in tension outside the court as fans await a verdict. Police recently seized piles of rocks from fans, issued a restraining order against a rabid Jackson supporter and intervened in a skirmish between fans and members of the 3000 strong media contingent. Under the plan, up to 700 police will be available to quell crowd violence, including riot police armed with batons and shieldsmedia fest

CurlyWhirly
I am not sure if he is guilty or not as on on hand the media likes nothing more than to knock someone when he's down not to mention people who want some of his (alleged) wealth. I have used the word alleged as he is supposed to owe more in legal fees than he has assets  On the other hand why would he want to take kids to his Neverland ranch and broadcast live on UK tv in the 'Tonight with Trevor McDonald' programme that he used to sleep with them  StoryAlso he paid off one accuser a few years ago to stop it going to court.I suspect that he is guilty but until we have the final judgement we will all be just guessing! rong
Even the final judgement will be suspect as there was to much in the press about it before the trial started, the jury must have been infulunced. I also believe the county, sheriff went for him for the publicity.

-pops-
Perhaps I should have hyphenated justice-system. I didn't intend to indicate that justice was available, merely that there is something that passes under that name.
