I like how it looks...it's fresh and vivid :)
Hello karellen, welcome to the forum. :)

I agree with you about the logo.... fresh and vivid, a bit like some of the members ;)

Why should a newbie come here and criticise the logo? If he/she or it doesn't like it they can go elsewhere.
I like how it looks...it's fresh and vivid

and I'm here just since this morning...

This is what was said. That's not criticism, in my view.

The following is what I was objecting to. The starter of the thread.

Who in the hell thought up the Windows forum website logo it looks like a bloody kids page.

I happen to agree with andsome - to the best of my knowledge this is the first time we have had an outburst about the forum logo. It is not compulsory to like it - but good manners in expressing personal criticism would not go amiss.

Constructive critisism is always welcomed. We are a community here to serve our members. No one person knows the answer to every question, so we discuss, debate and come up with the best solutions.

Do you have some other ideas for the logo pa1916? I'd love to have a look.

Keep in mind, the waving flag logo windows uses is a copyrighted image, so we can't very well use that! :)

Constructive critisism is good............but not when it was worded the way it was.

In the scheme of things the way an internet forum logo looks to me is at the bottom of my list. The complainer needs to get a life and move on, hopefully to another forum with a great looking logo.

My thoughts precisely.

You should be a Diplomat, Scarecrow Man.

Always so cool, calm and level headed. :D

The level head was caused by his mother belting him with a plank. :D

Back to the serious side, the criticism was hardly constructive. It was an uncalled for blast against the designer of the site. Personally, I think that the admins on this site do an excellent job. If there is anything that people don't like, they can at least be polite about it, and bring it up for debate.

This is a thread that has been resurrected from March 14 and was a comment on the Easter theme. I gave a concise answer to the original and it was up to the writer to do as he saw fit.

I don't think it merits any further discussion.
