The conclusion was that BT was the "best" ISP and TalkTalk the "worst".But this conclusion was marred somewhat in that TalkTalk also came 3rd "best" and BT also 2nd or 3rd "worst". The three top rated worst ISP's were Talk Talk, then Sky followed by Bulldog. All figures collated for these ratings were from OFCOM. Both about aunty Beeb and ISPs.It proved to me that neither the Beeb nor the ISP's cared much about the consumer, as long as they were making money/programmes.
