Just lately they appear to be in a frenzy of push push push. I am getting at least two e mails a week with special offers. There was a thread or two about problems with Choice on the other place a month or two ago.However - if you measure a firms insecurity based upon the number of special offer Emails it sends out - Serif must be in a parlous state. It's possible that if you have ordered, as you say, on several occasions, they have multiple references to you. So, when they email the offers, you get several.
