The refuse collection department of Washington New Town Corporation as it was known as in those day's had reported the place to the local Health Department after an employee found a bin liner full of empty tortoise shell's, there was another bin liner full of 'Odd looking remains' said the report in the local paper. :0 That is the reason I made reference to the local Takeaway or Chinese Restaurant.
