catgate
Which just goes to prove that there are still a lot of them wandering freely amongst us.Which way is up?
Scarthy © ® ™
It's a shame really. It looks a stunning piece of hardware. The interface is cutting edge. But like alot of things "apple" it is hyped up too much! I watched a "Gadget Show" a few weeks ago, where they compared the iphone and a Nokia N95 - The Nokia floored it !!! It has come from America, where up until a few years ago they didn't txt much and this coupled with a VERY POOR 2mp camera and NO VIDEO sets it back in the market over here. It has a good interface with scrolling graphics but for the money it doesn't really compete with what else is out there!apple need to rethink their designs in the future for our markets over here! ;)
andsome
I prefer a camera for photos and a phone to make phone calls and send the occasional text. I have no desire to wander round the streets with an ear plug listening to music, I prefer my music at home or in the car. If I ever need to replace my ageing mobile, it will be with another cheap and cheerful pay as you go . :D
catgate
That sounds to me as though, in a very roundabout way, you are saying you will not be buying one. This, I have no doubt, will come as the most violent shock to very many members of WF.However I suppose we will all put on a brave face, bite our lower lip and carry on as stoically as possible under the onslaught of this most horrendous revelation. Gandalph
They can stick it for me. It's over-hyped, over-priced and over here. :D
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Why would anyone want an iPhone when the Google phone is just around the corner...?

ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Well, what you want simply does not exist (any more).http://www.nttdocomo.com/features/foma705igallery/index.htmlhttp://www.nttdocomo.com/features/foma905igallery/index.htmlEvery mobile phone on sale has at least a still camera, video camera, MP3 player, TV tuner, web browser, PDF viewer, GPS system, etc. Nobody makes simple mobile phones anymore; not because there is no demand, but because there's no profit in it. andsome
I can still see little point in forking out hundreds of pounds when I can get a new phone which will do its job for about £40. last week our local Orange shop had some pay as you go phones for less than £20. :D
Tankus
My trusty ol samsung A300 finally died last month , dropped countless times and generally abused ..a good hardy flip phone .... so I went for the free upgrade a Samsung 600 MP3 Fm radio G 3 bluetooth etc ...but the main point for me was its 5 Mp camera ..rather surprised at the results considering how small the lens is ...heres a few shot's while wetting my tonsils in a local oasis . these are unedited ( other than rotated )colours are quite vibrant ....given the choice ...I would still plump for this phone over the i , as apparently the i's got a pants camera
