You think that when the kids leave home you won't need to know the exact location of everything, then you realise the main problem is still at home......... I do the food shopping and the cooking. If I see that there is laundry to do I will put it into the washing machine. I usually hang the washing out for her because of the arthritis in her fingers. The correct term is "for us". It's not just her washing, her ironing, her washing up, her dusting, or her whatever - it is more properly and more kindly expressed as "our".So - say after me - I usually hang the washing out for us because the love of my life has arthritis in her fingers......
