Arrivederci artist :flowers:
Have you ever tried some of that with chips and sun dried tomatoes, very nice on a cold day. I don't think they serve it in Cornwall though.
Well it makes a change from Cornish pastie :D
I spent a couple of days this week with four old school friends in North Staffordshire.

We all went out for dinner, but the highlight for me was breakfast next day, when we had North Staffordshire Oatcakes. (There were two of us who live out of the area, staying overnight with one of the others who has remained local). A wonderful local indulgence, which rejuvenated lots of memories. :D

BTW, artist, I hope you enjoy yourself as much as I did on my short break. ;)

Back today - sun all the way.

Since last Sunday to this morning it was rain and more rain - bloody awful!

It was a break of sorts though.............

As good as a rest, they say.

Good to see you back though. :D

Glad to know the weather has been summery for you.

How's the Kneemonia after your trip?

The knee is doing fine - no pain now but I need a small hole made to take some oil - it's stiff. I've got a back problem now though......Hospital on Tuesday - I'll have a word about it to see if it could be to do with the bad posture of late.

If you could bottle it you could make a fortune selling "stiff" on here.

It is a very likely senario. Management has had great benefit from chiropractic treatment for back pain. Her's was caused by torn ligaments, occasioned by next door's dog tripping her up, restricting her movement.

I agree about the back pain as, when I had a bit of back pain and leg pain, it was all caused by the foot problem I had at the time which made me limp about in a stooped, hesitant way. Once the foot was better, the back and leg pain disappeared.

After well over forty years of back trouble, acupuncture finally cleared up the problem. Our doctor is a firm believer in this treatment, and arranged for it on the NHS at the local hospital. :D
