The link to the original article on CNET appears to have gone a bit odd, but it refers to a list of so called "Godmodes" that are available in Windows 7. Mainly intended for developers they're of limited use to general users.

I feel sure Toady Blier  tried to work in "Godmodes"  and look what it did for him.
