Gandalph
I'm in two minds whether to have Pig Chops or Beef Olives with my Roast Potato's and veg tonight. Five minutes to go before I decide. I think it might be Beef Olives though.

Gandalph
Nothing. Last night when I switched the cooker oven on there was a sharp flash and the house fell into silent mode. When I checked to fuse box the main trip had tripped off. After I had reset it the house sprung back to life and i discovered that the heating element in the cooker has gone for a burton. Anything I have tonight will have to come out of the Microwave. I've ordered a new Element for the cooker but it won't be here until Friday. Just my luck. -pops-
Linguine with a commercial (Barilla) olive & tomato sauce. The sauce (12 bottles) was a gift a long time ago (best before 12/07/17) but it's perfectly wholesome - just checked it - and I do understand the difference between the various freshness indicators. Â I don't know why it wasn't eaten within its date, it just seems to have been shoved at the back of a cupboard and forgotten.
