-pops-
Shepherd's pie (with the other half of the pack of lamb mince of yesterday) with a tiled roof, mixed green vegetables (cabbage related), carrots, mushrooms and gravy. Edit: a tiled roof on a shepherd's or cottage pie is one formed from (overlapping) sliced potatoes rather than a thatched roof made of mash. -pops-
We've been given a jar of Patak's Phal curry sauce so it's being used with chicken pieces. It has the reputation of being a killer so, if I survive the night after eating it, I'll report on it tomorrow. In view of the reputation, I have tasted the sauce. I am having a tuna jacket potato tonight.
