mark2
which do you fear/hate most and why ?I hate cockroaches, as a 4yr old in service accommadation in Singapore, I was terrified by a 18" :D :D cockroach in the kitchen one night, still can't stand them :o
christmascracker
18 INCHES :o I didn't know they got that big :ninja: I really dislike spiders.........I remember as a kid my cousin chasing me with one and I also can't stand daddy long legs either - the way they fly erratically all over the place. Moths, they scare me as well, especially the huge ones that fly in when you open the front door at night  I'm just a big baby really
andsome
Spiders, spiders and more spiders. I think it dates back to the war years. I used to hate going into the Anderson air raid shelter. It was always chock a block with spiders.

Scarecrow Man
June bugs. Do you have them there? May be called something differen't but they're huge orange bugs that are really dumb and fly into things, like hair...
-pops-
Wasps. I've reached this great age without ever being stung but, my mother suffered a severe reaction to a wasp sting and I have this ntion that I would react in the same way. There's no reason that I should, it's just an irrational fear like most of those revealed above.

cd108
Wasps. I've reached this great age without ever being stung but, my mother suffered a severe reaction to a wasp sting and I have this ntion that I would react in the same way. There's no reason that I should, it's just an irrational fear like most of those revealed above. When I worked in baking they used to collect in huge numbers out in the yard because of all the sweet cakes and stuff. One day i saw one with his antenae stuck in between two trays, he musta of singalled for aid with there chemical things because before i had finished my cigaratte another flew along and butted him free with his head. Ever since ive had nothing but the utmost respect for wasps, I truly didnt beleive they could comunicate or think at that level. :oEdit: typos
AlanHo
I hate slugs - there is no way I could pick one up with bare hands.Spiders are OK though - I had a pet tarantula many years ago - my party piece was putting it on my shoulder from where it would walk up the side of my face and perch on top of my head. It was an excellent way of moving the crowd from the bar so I could get served.
