So if he's had 20 years collecting evidence and still failed that speaks volumes. I'm not a fan by the way.Jacko admitted he slept with boys in his bed. He admitted he served boys wine (Jesus Juice). But the prosecution failed to show he did so to/with the prosectors witness's.A witch hunt? I doubt it. Folks are tired of reading about this man's escapades with boys. Hurdy Posted June 14, 2005 Report Share Posted June 14, 2005 Thinking about it .....I can see where the jury is coming from ....... if there is doubt planted on the most serious issues ... then the whole evidence is in doubt ... your not allowed to convict on a percentage ....Ill bet a lot of the 12 are feeling very unclean this morningThink I've posted this before - when I went on jury service we were convinced the defendants on the three trials we covered were guilty but there was a doubt as the prosecution's case in each of the trials was weak.So we had to acquit. My opinion is, after following the trial, that the kids' mom was after MJ's money. I'm no fan of MJ's and find it disgusting that he allowed the kids to consume alcohol but if there was no abuse then the charge cannot stick.I personally find MJ weird and a bit disgusting but my personal veiws will not block me from thinking rationally.
