deuces wild
.......done. And that includes for the kids and my wife (including her birthday in December). The best thing is I never had to leave the house.........thank you Ebay, LL Bean, Apple and others. Most of the stuff from the retailers like LLBean came with free shipping too and no sales tax. This is the earliest I ever got it done. B)

andsome
We have only got a few bits and pieces so far, for the family. These days we only buy a small gift each other to open on Christmas morning, then have a couple of day round the shops after Christmas and have more or less anything that we want and can afford. Our main pleasure is seeing the kids open their presents on Christmas morning.

andsome
HEY!, I enjoy it as well.Big Kid !! :lol:That's me, I love Christmas morning. The excitement of the kids is infectious. I love the Christmas dinner and Christmas pud and mince pies. I love the wine with the dinner, the after eight mints, the coffee, and the cheese and port. I love the cold turkey sandwiches in the evening with pickled onions, and salad. I love the extra booze in the evening. I love Boxing morning when we go to visit our friends two doors away for a boxing morning drink, with peanuts and olives, and so on and so on. It's a great time of the year. Belatucadrus
Then comes the January sales and I can start stocking up Christmas and birthday presents for 2006.Stocking up is not only cheaper it ensures you avoid crucifixion for forgetting Auntie Mabels birthday, always have something to hand.Note, this doesnt work with chocolate, bit difficult to explain away the white crumbly layer.
