...........I see folks posting at all times of the day and night and have a general idea what time zone they are in and what time they either wake up or go to bed.

So:

1. What time zone are you in?

2. What local time do you generally get up in the morning? (weekdays and weekends for those of us who work)

3. What local time do you generally go to bed? (weekdays and weekends for those of us who work)

Me:

1. Eastern Standard Time

2. 6:30 am during the week and whenever I wake up on the weekends (generally no later than 8 am)

3. 11 pm during the week and as late as 3 am on the weekends, although generally around midnight.

1. Good old GMT for me... ;)

2. 6.30 on weekdays... grr... Weekends, whenever I wake up... very rare that I can actually sleep past 9 though.

3. Usually try for 11 on weeknights, often ends up nearer midnight though. Weekends... not getting up for work so it doesn't matter... usually about 1 or 2 in the morning.

There you go!

Up early today ain't I? ;)

Pacific Time (GMT -8)

Depends on what time the pain wakes me up (rarely later than 6 am)

Depends, again, on the pain. No point in going to bed if I know I won't be able to sleep. :( (usually not before 11 pm)

I do try to rest during the day because I don't get much sleep at night.

Central European Time (UK +1)

Work days 06:00 weekends Saturdays when the kids get up, Sundays between 09:00 & 11:00 depends on how good Saturday was.

Workdays 01:00, weekends whenever.
